Crowdfunder target achieved!

Huge thanks to everyone who contributed to the Project 48 crowdfunder: there were an incredible 68 different people who helped me reach the target – friends, family, colleagues, people I’ve met just once, friends of friends, contacts of the project charities, people who stumbled across the project, donors who chose to stay anonymous – and I feel so supported by you all! Thank you.

I was particularly struck by the generosity of people who I know have lost so much of their own income in the last year. It was amazing to be reminded how much mutual support there is amongst artists in this strange and difficult time.

And of course the main thing is that now this project is in a position to go ahead! Which in turn means that funds will be raised for the project’s charities, as soon as live performance is allowed to recommence.
