March livestream

March was the month of D: each month I’m streaming the preludes and fugues of a different note from the keyboard, as there are conveniently twelve notes and twelve months!

There are so many challenges to streaming live from home – being the tech team and the promoter and the performer all at the same time; not having an audience in the room or a professional recording team; not knowing whether the broadcast is even working as you’re playing! But on the other hand it is brilliant that technology makes it possible to share music in some way, and we’ll appreciate more than ever how special it is to share music in real life once we’re all back in the same room.
